home alone with a cell phone, a dog, and Tom and Jerry
mid-morning, locks turn,
familiar footsteps sound in the kitchen, and the child waits
eyes bright when Mom comes in to check her fever, smooth her hair, tuck her blankets around her
(some things are more   important than work)
she falls asleep smiling
and wakes up
to the soothing smells of celery seed and white meat chicken, potatoes a kisses for the soul

My computer has fried for the last time because of this site. I'm not the only one with this problem, I personally know of others who have had the same thing happen here. So, goodbye. I love you all and the works you share but I can't afford to keep getting my computer repaired.
